You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify ScriptMind Inc. immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content you create using ScriptMind. ScriptMind Inc. claims no rights to your scripts, characters, story ideas, or any other creative work produced through the platform. The ScriptMind platform, including its AI models, interface, and documentation, remains the property of ScriptMind Inc..

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ScriptMind to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. ScriptMind Inc. reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

ScriptMind Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California, USA.
